TJ Note Johnston (aka Tiége Laverdiére) is a Quantum Biofeedback Therapist and integrative wellness practitioner with over 22 years of experience supporting both animals and their humans.
Tiége blends science-based modalities with intuitive energy work to help restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
Ms.TJ diverse practice includes Quantum Biofeedback, Genius Insight Sound Therapy, chair and table massage, sports therapy, kinesiology, Lomi Lomi, Ho’oponopono, Hawaiian Temple Clearing, Reiki, and light-based therapies. TJ has studied with renowned teachers including Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Patrick Porter, Dr. Paul Drouin, Dr. Yuri Kronn, Dr. Sharon Forrest, and the late Dr. Masaru Emoto.
Tiége has had the honour of working with a wide range of clients — from beloved pets to large wildlife, as well as TV and film cast and crew, musicians, athletes, and professionals — always meeting each client where they are.
Her work is rooted in compassion, adaptability, gratitude, and a deep respect for each individual’s healing journey.
