The First Day of Your New Life Journey
You are never too old to learn. Have you heard this before? Do you believe it? Well, I do and I never stop learning. At 54 I feel at times that I am this wide eyed 18 year old looking at the world and I feel overwhelmed at all the possibilities. And then I have found myself getting stuck. And then I have had moments of feeling frozen and get off track. Yes, I have had those moments.
Now, has this ever happened to you? Are you in this right now? Maybe you around my age or you are younger, much younger and you have no idea how to move forward in your life.
Well, I get you, I hear you and I invite you to to my one day workshop where you will find your limiting beliefs. You will then have the tools you need to live the life you desire. I help you to understand how the mind works and how you can move yourself through the emotions. Knowledge is power and it is all here for you.
I will be using my skills and knowledge as a hypnosis practitioner and graduate of the award winning Rapid Transformational Therapy program to unlock your potential. Remember that this is YOUR life.
This will be an interactive workshop with movement, writing, visualization, exploring and of course laughter!! I will provide written materials and two hypnosis recordings, one being personalized just for you and two follow up coaching sessions to give you the support you need. It is open to people who are new to self actualization and those that are looking for a refresher to all that you have experienced before in the self help realm.
