Farina is an Usui Shiki Ryoho Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Karuna Ki and Crystal Reiki Master. She holds a BA in Social work from McGill University in Montreal, QC. She is a trauma informed social worker and has had the pleasure of helping hundreds of souls return to wholeness and navigate their spiritual awakening journey. In 2021, she supported best-selling author Anita Moorjani with her private membership site “Anita Moorjani Sanctuary” a community for empaths. She specializes in supporting highly sensitives, empaths, and neurodivergent individuals navigate their sensitivities and step into empowerment.
Collaborating with your higher self and soul, she provides intuitive oracle readings to assist you on your spiritual, personal growth and healing journey. She may offer messages to help you gain an understanding and clarity regarding your life’s path. Whether you require guidance in decision-making or navigating life situations, she is here to help. Farina, is a non-Clinical Social Worker, she supports individuals dealing with low self-esteem, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and lack of confidence. Specializing in stressful events and life transitions like breakups, divorce, and serious health issues, she helps release what no longer serves on mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional levels. Addressed issues include healing traumatic stress, releasing suppressed emotions, clearing foreign energy, and teaching energy mastery. She provides support for mental health challenges but does not diagnose or treat mental illness. Suspected cases are referred to appropriate professionals.
Her extensive training includes: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Inner Child Healing, Nervous System Healing, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, NLP, EFT, Energy Protection and Boundaries, Life Purpose Coaching and Trauma Informed Care.
