Intuitive Energy Healer – Registered Social worker & Spiritual Counsellor
Farina is an Usui Shiki Ryoho Certified Reiki Master and a Reiki Master of the Karuna Ki lineage. She holds a BA in Social work from McGill University in Montreal, QC. She is a trauma informed social worker and has had the pleasure of helping hundreds of souls return to wholeness and navigate their spiritual awakening journey. In 2021, she supported best-selling author Anita Moorjani with her private membership site “Anita Moorjani Sanctuary” a community for empaths. She specializes in supporting highly sensitives, empaths, and neurodivergent individuals navigate their sensitivities and step into empowerment.
Farina is a non-Clinical Social Worker and supports individuals who are experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, nervous system and emotional dysregulation, and lack of self-confidence. She also specializes in helping those who are experiencing stressful events, life transitions such as breakups, divorce, death of a loved, chronic illness, serious health diagnoses and more. She helps you to release what is no longer serving you in your life and energetically on the levels of the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Some of what is addressed includes: healing traumatic stress, suppressed emotions such as fear, anxiety, clearing other people’s energy, and she supports you to learn how to master your energy.
She offers support to individuals struggling with mental health challenges, although she does not diagnose or treat mental illness. If you are suspected of having a mental illness, you will be referred to an appropriate professional.
Additionally, she has completed many areas of training, some of which include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Inner Child Healing, Nervous System Regulation, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, NLP, EFT, Energy Protection and Boundaries, Life Purpose Life Coaching and Trauma Informed Care.
At Serendipity’s she currently offers Intuitive energy healing/clearing, Reiki, Transformational healing, chakra balancing, aura balancing and spiritual counselling.
