5 Element Meditation


Come join Saoirse on a journey of healing and connection mediation.  Using the ancient science of meditation, we will harness the 5 Tibetan elements to heal and strengthen our intuitive ability’s helping us connect to our own inner wisdom. Wisdom to give us deeper guidance to live our life in joy, pleasure and compassion.

Every indigenous culture works with the elements, we are elemental beings!  In the meditations we will work with fire, earth, space, air and water. The 5 elemental meditations are a Tibetan shaman tradition to purify and strengthen your central channel and chakra’s, bringing out your natural wisdom, healing and intuitive abilities.

These powerful meditations are a gift to the western world from Tibetan Buddhist Tantra practices. They are for deep healing and transformation. They are the foundation for deeper Tantra work and paths to enlightenment or just generally feeling better.

No previous meditation needed to participate, dress cozy and comfy. Come with an open mind and heart and if you don’t have those come any way and we will open them for you!
