Inner child work or inner child healing is a way to address our unmet needs as children. Inner child work allows us the space to do the inner work in safe and gentle journey that Rickie will walk you through.
In this Healing the Inner Child The Journey Within, Rickie will create an atmosphere of love and gentleness for you to go within and release the pain and wounds that you might be carrying from your childhood time. By allowing ourselves time and space to go within, we are able to peel away or peel back our everyday coping mechanisms and we are able to fully accept and integrate our subconscious into our conscious awareness.
There are ways to liberate self from the past. Let us walk together and free ourselves from all the bondages of the mind; so that we can live a life that is bountiful and filled with true joy and harmony within.
